Michelle Billingsley CPC, ELI-MP
Michelle is a Professional Coach & Leadership Expert certified by the International Coaching Federation. She is a natural leaders sought out to coach and mentor by current and former colleagues.
Michelle brings more than 33 years of leadership experience from gearUP Sports, Columbia Sportswear Company, Nike Inc., and Arrow Electronics, where she led businesses and teams through growth, transition, and strategic change. Coaching and mentoring have been the most enjoyable aspects of her career. Her coaching is grounded in real-world leadership throughout international and domestic markets with deep expertise in organizational leadership, sales, merchandising and product creation across several industries.

Signature Coaching Engagements
All coaching engagments are conducted in accordance with the International Coaching (ICF) Code of Ethics and Core Competencies. Sessions are client centered, confidential, and designed to support sustainable growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or legal advice.

A single, intensive 60-minute session - ideal for focused support, decision making, or addressing a specific leadership challenge. Fee $200
Group Workshop/Retreat
Custom format, agenda and fees.
5-Session Package
Two 60-minute sessions per month - Priority scheduling, light email support between sessions (business days). Ideal for ongoing support & partnership toward longer term goals. Fee $360/month/Minimum of three (3) month commitment.
Monthly Scheduling Package
Five 60-minute coaching sessions - Priority scheduling, light email support between sessions (business days). Recommended for short-term goals or transitions. Fee $900 ($180 per session)/ package to be used within three (3) months of purchase.
